Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets forth the matters concerning the processing and protection of personal information collected during the use of the concierge services (the "Services") provided by NOBELIUM (the "Company").
The Company collects the following personal information for the provision of Services:
Mandatory Collection Items
· Name, date of birth, gender
· Email address, mobile phone number
· Service usage records (chat logs, itinerary management records, etc.)
· Payment information (card number, expiration date, date of birth, etc. — collected through a payment gateway)
Optional Collection Items
· Passport information, flight information, accommodation preferences, dietary restrictions, special requests, etc.
Automatically Collected Items
· IP address, cookies, service usage records, access logs, device information
· Service provision and operation (itinerary management, reservation support, consultation, interpretation, etc.)
· User identification, identity verification, and member management
· Payment processing and fee settlement
· Customer inquiry response and complaint resolution
· Provision of customized services and recommendation information
· Compliance with legal obligations and dispute resolution
The Company retains personal information until the User withdraws from membership. However, the following records are retained for the periods specified below in accordance with applicable laws, after which they are destroyed:
· Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
· Records related to payment settlement and supply of goods: 5 years
· Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
· Records related to visits: 3 months
Once the purpose of collection has been achieved, the relevant information shall be destroyed without delay.
The Company does not, in principle, provide Users' personal information to external parties. However, where unavoidable for the provision of Services, the Company may provide the minimum necessary information to the following third parties:
· Partner establishments such as accommodations, restaurants, transportation providers, and airport meeting service providers
· Payment gateway service providers (PG companies)
Prior to such provision, the Company shall inform the User of the recipient, purpose of provision, items provided, and retention period, and shall obtain consent. (Except where required by law)
The Company may transfer personal information overseas for service operation and payment processing as follows:
· Transfer destinations: United States, Singapore, Japan, and other cloud server locations
· Items transferred: Name, contact information, payment information, service usage records
· Purpose of transfer: Cloud storage, AI translation processing, customer support system operation
· Transfer method: Encrypted transmission
· Retention period: Until the purpose of use is fulfilled
Users may refuse the cross-border transfer; however, refusal may result in limitations on the use of certain Services.
Users may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information by contacting the Company's customer service center.

※ This Privacy Policy may be amended in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies. Any amendments shall be announced on the Service screen.
Refund Policy
The User may apply for withdrawal within 7 days from the date of payment for the Services. However, withdrawal is restricted in the following cases:
· Where the Services were immediately provided at the User's request (consultation, itinerary planning, initiation of reservation support, etc.)
· Where some or all of the Services, such as reservations, matching, or schedule coordination, have commenced
· Where delivery of digital content (itineraries, recommendation lists, etc.) has been completed
· Before service use: Full refund of the amount paid
· After partial service use: Refund after deducting the amount corresponding to the period used or services provided, plus applicable fees (reservation support fees, etc.)
· During or after service completion: Refunds may be restricted and shall be handled through consultation with the Company on a case-by-case basis.
· Where reservations for Third-Party Services (hotels, airlines, restaurants, etc.) have been completed, the cancellation policy of the respective service provider shall take precedence.
· Where the Company has advanced a reservation deposit, the refund shall be made after deducting the third party's cancellation fee.
· The point at which reservation support, schedule coordination, interpretation support, etc., have commenced shall be deemed the "commencement of service use."
· Refunds shall be processed within 7 business days after receipt of the refund application.
· Refunds shall be made through the original payment method. For credit card payments, processing may take 3 to 7 business days depending on the card issuer's policy.
Membership Terms
These Terms set forth the conditions of use for the subscription-based membership service (the "Membership") provided by the Company. The Membership is a product that provides the right to use concierge services for a specified period.
· The Membership usage period is on a monthly or annual basis. The minimum usage period is one month.
· Unless a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the end of the usage period, the Membership shall be automatically renewed under the same terms.
· The User agrees to automatic payment upon subscribing to the Membership.
· If payment fails on the payment date, the Service shall be temporarily suspended. If payment is not made within 7 days, the Membership may be automatically terminated.
· The User may cancel the Membership at any time through My Page or the customer service center.
· Cancellation shall take effect on the next payment date following the date of the cancellation request, and payments already made for the current month/year shall not be refunded.
· Refunds for the remaining period after the commencement of use are, in principle, restricted, but may be handled exceptionally in accordance with Company policy.
The Membership provides only the right to use concierge services and does not guarantee specific reservation success, specific outcomes, or satisfaction.
Pricing Terms
Service fees are based on the amounts displayed on the Service screen or separately announced, and are inclusive of value-added tax.
· In addition to concierge service fees, the User shall separately bear the actual usage fees for Third-Party Services (accommodation, transportation, food and beverage, etc.) requested by the User.
· Where the Company has advanced a reservation deposit, the User must reimburse the full amount within 7 days from the date of billing.
· For Third-Party Service fees denominated in foreign currencies, the exchange rate at the time of payment shall apply.
· The Company shall not be liable for any differences arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
The Company may change its pricing plans, and shall provide notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days in the case of material changes).
Promotion Terms
Promotions apply only during specific periods, to specific recipients, and under specific conditions, as detailed on the promotion announcement page.
Promotion benefits may be restricted from being combined with other discounts or coupons.
If fraudulent use is identified (creation of false accounts, duplicate registrations, etc.), the Company may revoke the benefits and restrict or permanently suspend the User's access to the Services.
The Company may modify or terminate promotions early after prior notice, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.
