These are the basic terms governing the use of NOBELIUM services
Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NOBELIUM (the "Company") and the User in connection with the use of the concierge services (the "Services") provided by the Company.
· "Services" refers to all concierge-related services provided by the Company, including online team care, reservation assistance, itinerary management, interpretation support, and provision of local information.
· "User" refers to any person who uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
· "Third-Party Services" refers to services directly provided by third parties other than the Company, including accommodation, real estate, medical, transportation, food and beverage, and leisure services.
· The Company is a concierge service provider that provides information, reservation support, schedule coordination, and interpretation support.
· The Company is not a real estate agent, medical institution, transportation provider, accommodation provider, or similar entity, and does not directly provide such services.
· All Third-Party Services used by the User are contracts entered into directly between the User and the respective third party, and the Company is not a party to such contracts.
· The Company does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or pricing of Third-Party Services.
· The Company shall post these Terms on the Service screen so that Users can easily review them.
· The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
· When amending these Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment and shall provide notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days in the case of changes unfavorable to Users).
· If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, the User may discontinue use of the Services and terminate the agreement.
· If a User does not express a separate objection within the notice period, the User shall be deemed to have consented to the amended Terms.
The Company provides the following Services:
· Online Team Care (itinerary management, request handling, consultation and support)
· Reservation Assistance (reservation support for restaurants, hotels, cafes, clubs, and other Third-Party Services)
※ All final contracts are entered into between the User and the third party.
※ Where a deposit is required, the Company may advance payment, and the User must reimburse the Company immediately.
· Messenger-Based Communication (KakaoTalk, LINE, WhatsApp, etc.)
· Pre-Departure Itinerary Management and provision of customized itineraries
· Provision of Local Recommendation Information (non-guaranteed information)
· Airport pickup and transportation booking support
· Accommodation and residence information guidance, daily life information, interpretation and schedule coordination
※ The scope of Services may be limited in accordance with separate notices.
A service agreement is formed when the User applies and the Company accepts the application. The Company may refuse or withhold acceptance in the following cases:
· False information has been provided
· The application is inappropriate for service operations
· There are other reasonable grounds
The User shall not engage in any of the following acts:
· Entering false information or misappropriating another person's information
· Using the Services for illegal purposes
· Violating the terms of use of Third-Party Services
· Infringing on the rights of the Company or third parties
· Interfering with Service operations, or making verbal abuse or threats toward employees
· Other violations of applicable laws or these Terms
· The Company shall endeavor to provide stable Services.
· The Company shall promptly address User complaints and feedback.
· The Company shall protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
· Service fees shall be based on the rates separately announced.
· Costs for Third-Party Services shall be borne by the User.
· Where the Company has advanced any costs, the User must reimburse the Company immediately.
· Failure to make payment within the prescribed period may result in restriction of Service provision.
The User may withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable laws. However, withdrawal is restricted in the following cases:
· Where the Services have already been provided
· Where reservations are already in progress
Either the Company or the User may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
· The Company shall not be liable for damages unless caused by its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
· The Company shall not be liable for disputes, damages, or accidents related to Third-Party Services.
· The Company shall not be liable for consequences resulting from the User's own choices or errors in information.
· The Company shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, system failures, and communication disruptions.
· The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the User's own fault.
· The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party information.
· The Company collects only the minimum necessary personal information.
· Personal information is protected in accordance with a separate Privacy Policy.
· Personal information shall not be provided to third parties without the User's consent (except as required by law).
· All rights related to the Services belong to the Company.
· The User may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization.
· These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
· In the event of a dispute, the Seoul Southern District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
· These Terms may be provided in Korean and other languages. In the event of a discrepancy between translations, the Korean version shall prevail.
NOBELIUM Concierge Service Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use and scope of responsibility governing the concierge services provided by NOBELIUM (the "Company").
The Company is not a travel agency engaged in the sale of travel products, nor is it a transportation provider.
All services provided by the Company are concierge services, limited to information provision, reservation assistance, itinerary planning, and customer support.
All accommodations, flights, transportation, restaurants, and other third-party services are provided directly by the respective service providers. The Company is not a party to any such contracts.
The Company provides the following services:
(1) Online Team Care Service
a. Online itinerary management and handling of customer requests
b. Ongoing consultation and support during the service period
(2) Reservation Service
a. Assistance with reservations for restaurants, hotels, cafés, clubs, and other third-party services
b. Availability checks and schedule coordination
※ All final bookings and contracts are entered into directly between the customer and the relevant service provider
(3) SNS Communication
a. Customer support and guidance via messaging platforms such as KakaoTalk, Line, and WhatsApp
(4) Pre-Travel Itinerary Management Service
a. Travel planning and route optimization prior to the trip
b. Provision of customized itineraries
※ The actual delivery of services at each location is the responsibility of the respective operator
(5) Local Insider Recommendation List
a. Provision of curated local recommendations
b. Sharing of trend insights and suggested visits
※ All recommendations are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of quality
(6) Airport Taxi Arrangement Support
a. Assistance in arranging third-party taxis or legally authorized transportation upon request
※ Transportation contracts are concluded directly between the customer and the transport provider
※ The Company does not provide transportation services and assumes no liability in relation thereto
(7) Airport Meeting Service
a. On-site meeting and assistance upon arrival at the airport
b. Escort assistance for boarding taxis
※ Transportation services are not included in compliance with applicable transportation laws
(8) Han River Picnic Set-Up Service
a. Arrangement of picnic mats and tables
b. Provision of beverages and snacks
c. Location recommendations
※ Services may be modified or canceled due to weather conditions or park regulations
Customers shall pay the service fees for the concierge services provided by the Company.
Fees for third-party services (including but not limited to restaurants, hotels, and transportation) shall be paid directly by the customer to the respective service provider.
The Company does not collect or process payments on behalf of third-party service providers.
The Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, accidents, no-shows, delays, or quality issues attributable to third-party service providers.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or changes in government policies.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages or issues arising from the fault or negligence of the customer.
Service schedules and arrangements may be modified due to customer requests or local circumstances.
Refunds for the Company's service fees shall be governed by a separate refund policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
These Terms shall be effective as of April 10, 2026.
